Anthony's Story

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion is helping people build strength, improve their health, and achieve lasting results through personalized training and support.

For the past 10 years, I’ve also worked as a teaching assistant with children with special needs, an experience that has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and commitment to helping others succeed.

Originally from New Zealand, I grew up playing, watching and loving rugby. Now, being proud family man of children in competitive sports, I believe fitness is about creating sustainable habits that improve both physical and mental well-being. Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, increasing athletic performance, or simply feeling healthier, I’m dedicated to helping you reach your goals with confidence.

Train in a motivating, team-focused environment designed to help you build strength, improve movement, and perform at your best. Our Performance Classes combine expert coaching with purposeful programming to help you make measurable progress while training alongside others who share your goals.

 

Our featured class is Performance Boot Camp - a full-body training session led by Anthony. Each class blends strength development, conditioning, functional movement, and athletic performance exercises to create a challenging yet adaptable workout.

 

Whether you're new to training or looking to elevate your performance, every session can be adjusted to match your ability and goals.
